Van is in dire need of maintenance and repairs. Also a good clean. Beginning our trip with a broken roof support strut, and discovering many additional issues with the van (missing screws in brackets, door not able to be closed properly, broken cupboard doors, and black mold in freezer) made for a disappointing experience. I was not shown the inside of the van or how to set up other than how to wind up the roof, even when it was clear that I was travelling as the solo adult. I made the issues clear as soon as I encountered them but did not get any kind of response or any follow up when returning. Mel was kind enough to ask if I wanted to pick up Saturday afternoon instead of Sunday morning, so that was appreciated. Canvas to bed ends is also damaged and repaired with tape in multiple locations. Tow hitch was tricky to reconnect at the end of the trip - sticky and took multiple attempts with multiple people to finalize. All in all, I would not recommend hiring Lucy out to anyone, especially not someone with no experience with set up or caravanning.

Had a great getaway with the kids in this van, had everything we needed for the trip. The kids loved it. The owners communication was great and pickup and drop off was easy.

Great communication and easy hand over. The van towed like a dream behind my little Toyota Rav 4, nice light option for small SUVs. Some rips in the canvas bed ends that Matt let us know about, didnt cause us any issues. It rained during our camping and our pillows and blankets got wet - recommend padding around the bedding with some towels if it rains, or dont let bedding touch the canvas. Was stocked with everything we needed. Would hire again, thanks Mel and Matt!

When we picked up van we thought it would be up so we could look inside and then help pack up so we could see it set up and take a video We videoed were the tool etc went thank heavens. The door hinges broke off the bottom door so we couldnt lock up the van we had to buy duck tape to secure it. Van was very dirty inside looked like coke had been spilled on most of the surfaces as well as the mattress topper the fridge was mouldy and we ended up taking own dishes etc as the cupboard were sandy and very messy these should be checked every time someone uses the van there was 2 broken wine glasses in the cupboard. All the cushions and chairs covers need to be taken off and washed as they are very dirty. Most of the canvas around the outside of the beds that pull out was ripped. Maybe not a suitable van to hirer out

Van required a little maintenance which would have been nice before we travelled, however despite this it was a very good van for the intended purpose of needing a light van to tow with our smallish vehicle. The availability and communication from Matt and Mel was excellent. Would be happy to recommend use of the Lark.

Great van, easy to tow, setup, and use. I had not used one before. Matt and Mel were responsive and dealt with any queries as when they arose. Very comfortable way to camp!

First time hiring this sort of van The Van was easy to set up and although we had an issue with a cable when collapsing it at the end, the owners were brilliant in sorting the issue and they have excellent customer service :) Mel and Mat are great people to deal with and we would happily hire again with them

Great trailer camper, did everything we could have hoped for and then some. Friendly owners who spent the time to give us a thorough handover. We took it to Lake Kepwari and it was fantastic. It has a fridge, cooktop, appliances, equipment - just bring yourself, some food, and some linen and you're right as rain!

No run through was given. Only a print out of instruction. Beds were very stiff to push. Camper mechanism stopped working half way through our trip and we were blamed for it. Overall disappointing.

Very easy process, camper was clean and straight forward to set up and pack down. Highly recommend
