While the caravan was very light and easy to tow, unfortunately thats where the positives ended. We encountered several problems once we took it off-grid, which meant we needed to cut part of our holiday short and make other arrangements. The main issue was with the water pump we had extremely poor water pressure, which affected the kitchen, toilet, and shower. When we contacted the owner about this, we were sent on a bit of a wild goose chase trying to locate the pump. After being told several different locations, it was eventually determined that the pump was actually submersible (inside the water tank), meaning we couldnt access or attempt to fix it ourselves. There were also several maintenance issues that should have been addressed prior to hire. Many parts of the van appeared to have bandaid fixes rather than proper repairs. The caravan was supplied with two gas bottles one completely empty, and the other only had just enough gas to heat a single sink of water. This was particularly frustrating given we had hired the van for two weeks, advised the owner we were going off-grid for a couple of days, and were fairly remote - where gas refills (not swap-and-go) are hard to find. Even when on a powered site, we had to abandon using the bathroom altogether as the toilet wouldnt flush and the shower head was badly clogged with limescale. When we asked the owner if they could help arrange a mobile repairer in Broome, we were asked if we could pack up the van and take it to a local repairer ourselves which was completely impractical given our situation. Overall, the van was poorly maintained. A very disappointing experience that could have been avoided with proper maintenance and basic attention to detail before hire.

Perfect Lightweight Caravan Easy to Tow and Comfortable! We recently hired Vivians caravan and couldnt be happier with the experience. Its lightweight design made it incredibly easy to tow, even for someone without much towing experience. Maneuvering it was a breeze, and it didnt put much strain on our vehicle, which was a big bonus. The interior was well-designed, offering all the essentials in a compact and efficient layout. Despite its size, it felt spacious enough for a comfortable trip, with plenty of storage and a cozy sleeping area. Everything was clean, functional, and thoughtfully equipped, making it a great choice for both short getaways and longer adventures. If youre looking for a hassle-free, lightweight caravan thats simple to tow and packed with convenience, I highly recommend giving this one a try. Well definitely book it again!

There was a fair few maintenance issues with the van causing delays but once rectified we were able to enjoy the van

Vivian was so lovely, helping us book her van at the last minute. She was available on the phone as we set up with a couple of questions too, which we were very grateful for. The van itself was beautiful and clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect long weekend away. Thanks again Vivian.

Great caravan to hire , easy to tow. Vivivan explained everything during the handover, so new how everthing worked before leaving on our trip.
