Joel was absolutely excellent. He set up the caravan for us. Walked us through how to use it and was always available if we needed to ask him a question. The caravan itself is lovely, it is well kept, has a comfy bed and great amenities. Thank you very much Joel.

Had an excellent experience from start to finish. From the very first enquiry, Joel was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped with everything we needed, making sure we felt confident before heading off. The caravan itself was in great condition and exactly as described, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Joels helpfulness and attention to detail really stood out, and its clear he genuinely cares about providing a good experience. Lovely van, good size and space for two of us. Joels message was comprehensive and explained how to use the van and its accessories. Joel was flexible with pickup and drop off and lent us something we had forgotten
