The van requires a lot of work. The speedometer wasnt working and the replacement device broke on day 1 of our trip. We had to use Google Maps to track our speed. Water to clean the windscreen was filled but for some reason never worked so windscreen had to be manually wiped. The van is generally lacking in all amenities, no cutlery, torch, camping table or chairs. Assume youll be buying or bringing a lot of your own items. The table thats inside the van isnt fit for use unless youre wanting to bend your neck into an uncomfortable position or you are a child, we tried to use it on day 1 and decided to buy camping chairs and tables after that. Pick up was a mess as we were dealing with someone else who didnt have the logins for Facundos account so we sat around for an hour waiting to be told what to do. We paid the same amount for 4 days in this van as we did for 10 days for a van in Perth, the van in Perth had everything we needed and was spotless. And most likely not to the fault of anyone but we had a mechanical fault on day 4 of the trip and the front wheel became unstable, the van was no longer drivable. I spent around 16 hours on the phone between Camplify and Facundo trying to figure out what needed to be done as we were 3 hours drive from Sydney. In the end Facundo choose a mechanic to tow the van that was an hour further from Sydney, we were told by Camplify to go with the mechanic so we could at least get to a town, we had asked Facundo to choose a mechanic closer to Sydney so our trip home would be easier but he didnt. We ended up spending 9 hours and $600 getting back from Taree. All in all this van ruined our Christmas trip, which we spent a fortune on and I wouldnt advise anyone else to rent it.

We had such a great time in this van! Very spacious and the window shields were a game-changer for keeping the heat and light out while we were camping! Would definitely recommend :)

Van was economical and suited our purpose, not that we used cooking . Wipers and Headlights need restoring . Had to ask for blankets/pillows brought our own sheets . Wasn't sure about no one to meet us at drop off as had given 1 hours notice but left van as instructed. Drives well.

Perfect. The van provided us with an incredible experience, comfort and practicality to enjoy the holiday in Jervis Bay. Excellent service and attention from Facundo, I highly recommend it!

This van was perfect for my weekend get away with my little dog. For a trip away it had everything I could have possibly needed to cook, make a delicious breakfast and morning coffee with the fridge, stove and cutlery all there. There was sufficient power for my laptop to be able to kick back and watch a movie as well as charge my phone. The bed was warm and comfortable, I parked up beside the ocean with the sunroof open all night and it truly felt like camping. Engine runs great and was a smooth drive, Id highly recommend :) Thank you so much Facu !
