Booking was easy, Yan provided needed information on request, little bit of an issue with tow hitch for trailer not fitting my drop hitch but we managed to overcome this. The hitch is a Mchitch uniglide drop-on coupling. Few other little things but no show stoppers overall the experience was great for me and my family.

Our family of three had a great adventure in Yans 2017 Opus 4. We camped at Brownhill Creek Tourist Park for two cold and rainy nights. The canvas held up beautifully and kept us dry inside. We set up the annexe inserts to be enclosed and cosy. Setting up: There are videos online to explain the setting up and packing down process which we found very helpful. Towing: Yan and Max were very patient removing our vehicles tow ball which was incompatible with the Opus and installing theirs. We have a 2024 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. BYO: Chairs, kitchen equipment (cutlery supplied), extra lighting, bedding and towels. Thanks again Yan for your warm and helpful communication.
