Ben was great to deal with and a nice guy but our camper was a mess when it returned. I don't expect it to come back perfect but all we ask is respect our camper as if your own. We had a number of broken things and it has taken three hours just to clean the inside. Simple things like packing away correctly, cleaning burnt pots, cleaning bbq when finished with and putting away correctly. Overall very disappointing has made us think again about hiring out.
