Rules in a nutshell Offroad or beach driving is not permitted Hirers must be over the age of 30 300km per day allowance eg 3 days = 900km Additional km $0.50 per km Pick up and drop off Helensvale Train Station 6am to 6pm Return time is no later than 6pm on the return date. Smoking in the vehicle will incur a minimum $500.00 cleaning fee. Please do not smoke in my vehicles. Pets permitted but please discuss with me first. Drivers must be 30 years or older All drivers must present in person at collection with a physical or digital copy of their current licence. Extension requests will be granted where possible but this is not guaranteed Vehicles not returned or extended will be reported as stolen

Hiring rules

• YOU MUST BE OVER 30 YEARS OLD TO HIRE THIS VEHICLE
• No smoking in the vehicle
• Smoking will incur a minimum$500.00 cleaning fee plus replacement of cabin filters and if necessary, air conditioning cleaning. This will be charged at cost plus the daily rate until the vehicle cleaning is completed and parts replaced.
• If you wish to extend your hire please contact me. I will accommodate where possible but an extension request is not guaranteed acceptance. This booking platform means that anyone can book available dates 24/7 so please book the dates that you need rather than presuming that an extension is possible. If someone else has booked the vehicle, I will not cancel their booking to accommodate your extension request.
• Please communicate with me or extend if you cannot return the vehicle on the appropriate day. Vehicle’s not returned will be reported as stolen without exception. You will also be liable for daily charges until the vehicle is returned or recovered. Camplify is authorised to collect these costs as part of an insurance claim.
• Please be aware that a vehicle reported as stolen and then returned at a later date does not man that hirers will not be charged with theft.
• Please be aware that if you retain the vehicle beyond your hire date, your insurance does not apply. Therefore any loss or damage incurred when you are not in authorised possession of the vehicle, will be at your cost and enforced legally.
• A camplify hire period is from 12.01 am to 11.59 pm of the following day. The hour that you collect the vehicle is irrelevent to the hour of return.
• My personal pick up and drop off hours are 6am to 6pm. I will allow collections prior to the booked start time to assist hirers, but the drop off time is not negotiable.
• Please note that a drop off needs to include that you hand the keys to my hand. Dumping the vehicle with or without the keys is not considered a drop off, and daily rate charges will apply until I have both the vehicle and the keys in my possession.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  I towed my iconn e2 and the musso did a great job. The car was clean and tidy and easy to drive. I probably should have had a lower jockey wheel but we managed. Rebecca was so great to deal with, fast and easy communication. Everything was as expected
