Hiring rules
- 1. No smoking inside the van
- 2. Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
- 3. No pets (unless approved upon application)
- 4. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
- 6. Vehicle must be returned cleaned and odour free or you'll risk a cleaning fee.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
