Additional information

As this is our family van, hirers are expected to treat our van with respect. No smoking, no pets, no river crossings and no rough corrugated roads. For towing on unsealed roads, seek approval first. The van contains: * 5 berth * 1 double bed and 3 single beds (bunks) * full outside awning with LED lighting * non-stick deep frying pan, saucepan and steamer * cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses and cups * electric kettle and toaster * stove-top kettle * oven, microwave and grill * kitchen cleaning products * tea-towels and dish cloths * tea and coffee * plastic storage containers * reading lights at bed heads * ample storage space * portable heater

Hiring rules

The hirer is responsible for cleaning the van inside and out, prior to returning it, so that it is brought back in the same condition as it was received at collection. The hirer needs to repair or replace any damage that occurs during the hire period. A $100.000 bond is taken at the time of booking. Full comprehensive insurance is provided with the booking, and if a claim is made, the hirer will pay the excess.
The minimum hire over Easter is 4 nights.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $85.00 per day
Service fee: $50.00
Delivery fee: $2.00 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We had a a fantastic holiday staying in Lousie's van. It felt like luxury. The van was beautifully presented and fully equpped with everything needed. Louise was great to communicate with and very helpful. Highly recommended!!
