Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive full credit. Refunds are available upon request (less any additional fees, and may take up to 3 weeks to process. Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees are not credited. Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not receive any credit or refund. What is included in the Non Negotiable Service Fee Cover? - No animals are allowed on the lounge or beds. The hirer must supply their own bedding for themselves and their animals. No smoking inside the van.
- Please ensure your tow vehicle can legally tow the camper.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
