Additional information
I travel with a baby & 2 older kids so there is a baby/ toddler gate on the bottom bunk. Although our van is thoroughly cleaned after each hire, we recommend you BYO linen, towels, sleeping bags, pillows & water proof mattress protectors (1 x double bed & 3 x single beds) for your own safety & protection to minimise cross contamination.
Hiring rules
- Please send a photo of your drivers license when booking and bring this with you when you come to collect the van.
- We recommend you allow 1 hr of your time for pick up and drop off, to become familiar with the van. There is a van manual on board and please visit the Jayco website to find more information on using this van, eg. Easy setup of the Jayco pop top: https://youtu.be/fU1ih0ea3EU
- Limited offroad (to be preagreed before trip)
- No smoking inside

- Hirer age restrictions (25 years min.)
- Ensure you have checked the BOM website/ app prior to your trip and the weather is safe during your trip and at your destination.
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- RV must return clean or risk a cleaning fee
- Standard pickup/ dropoff times are: 48pm weekdays & 8am8pm weekends, happy to discuss if there is a preferred time outside of these hours.
- No cooking inside the van
- We recommend you BYO drinking water
- Gas is included in the hire but please let us know if it is emptied on return
- TV & Microwave plate must be placed securely on the bed before travelling
- Provide the drivers licence, name, age and phone number of all drivers.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
