Hiring rules
- No Smoking
- Pet Friendly (All traces of animal must not be present upon return)
- Upon return we ask that the van has been cleaned and has been thoroughly emptied of all personal belongings.
- We hold items for a short time buy will dispose or donate after four weeks. Any lost items found and to be returned to clients at their own expense.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
Pricing
- Hire Fee
- From $130.00 per day
- Delivery fee
- $1.00 per km
Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Gippsland & Lakes went out of their way to provide any extras that we required during our stay and checked in after a storm to ensure there were no issues with the van. The Van met all of our needs and was extremely clean and functional for our stay. Would highly recommend to any traveller.
