Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Thomas 4.0The van was very good and tidy and towed easily behind my car, though we did have some issues with the fridge not working on gas, and the water tank leaking which led us to coming home a day early from our trip. Im sure the owner can easily rectify these for future hires though. All in all, it was a good camper
