Additional information
Trailer Hitch will be supplied and connected to your vehicle for use while on hire. Portable Electric Brakes (if not installed in tow vehicle) need to be added to hire and will be connected and tested before leaving the property. Complimentary tow mirrors are available for your use if needed. Please make sure your vehicle trailer plug is in good working order as you can not take the van if the lights do not work.
Hiring rules
- NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed inside the van.
- NO URINATING IN SHOWER.
- Bed Linen is supplied, you will need to bring your own towels.
- Pets will be considered however you will need to completely clean the van of any pet hair or dirt. An extra service fee will be charged if not left clean and you are responsible ($$) for any damage caused.
- Chemical Toilet must be emptied and cleaned prior to return.
- Cleaning of all surfaces, tidy up of van and all dishes to be cleaned prior to returning van.
- Grey water tank to be emptied before returning.
- 1 x outside table supplied.
- 2 x camp chairs supplied.
- Full itinerary list supplied in van.
- NO OFF ROAD permitted however gravel roads may be allowed once confirmed with owners, travel itinerary will need to be supplied.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Greg & Leanne are so lovely & you could really see they have put a lot of love into their van and have thought of a lot of things to make whoever that is hiring comfortable & well equipped.
