Special towing information
We have just fitted out our van with the elecbrake system. You can control the electric brakes through a smart phone application or the Bluetooth remote supplied. For that additional safety the van is fitted with electronic stability control and a break away system. Trailer is fitted with a 12 pin connector (male). This is required to run all the accessories of the van. Your vehicle must have suitable connection. Towing mirrors available on request.

Hiring rules

- We request that the Van be returned in the same state it was hired out in.
- Please treat our home away from home like your own, including respect for our property.
- We worked hard to have this luxury that we are able to share with you and appreciate your care for every item.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
