Hiring rules
- No smoking or vaping in the van.
- Toilet cassette must be emptied at the end of your stay or a $100.00 fee will apply.
- Callout fee of $150.00 is applied if you require us to move the van once setup is complete.
- Van must be returned clean, or additional cleaning fees apply.
- Awning must be packed away prior to any van movement, before leaving for the day and before any bad weather conditions. Keep an eye on the BOM weather app for updates.
- Van sleeps a maximum of 4 people, plus one infant.
- Baby cot/bed can be set up on request for an additional $50.00.
- No cooking inside the van.
- No beach driving.
- Generator must be refuelled on return.
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 02 4075 2000, Option 4. Then call me.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
