Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sonia 4.8We had a lovely time despite being a week of rain. It was honestly so much better than a tent. I'm glad we could boom it rather than ending up having to pack up a wet soggy tent like many did. It also meant our 2 year old could be safe and as a family we slept amazingly well. It was well worth it. We will definetly book again.
