Additional information
•Absolutely no smoking/vaping. •No drugs recreational or other.. •Expected to be handed back in same pristine condition. • No pets allowed inside • On handover of simply solace, the van owner will do an inspection ensuring everything is pristine and working. simply solace will need a $500.00 bond that is fully refundable on return of van, providing it is in the same condition when handed to hirer. •The hirer is permitted to ask for the van to be cleaned by the owners at a cost of $100.00 per hire, but structurally and visibly, the van must be in the same condition of handover. •Simply solace is NOT permitted to be taken off road without prior approval from owner. •Shoes must be removed before entering van. •Toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned by hirer, and preferably - due to hygiene - used only for urine.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
