Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Carolyn 5.0My son and I had a wonderful weekend away in Ladybird. Wes very kindly delivered and set up the van for us. It was very comfortable and cosy to sleep in, and the addition of the annex was great as it was a bit rainy and cold during our trip. Overall it was a fabulous introduction to teardrop campers.
