SLEEPING - Fully-enclosed 2 berth cabin with a queen-sized bed. Nicely ventilated with multiple windows and a roof hatch with fan. - Cabin converts to a living area with lounge and table (houses 4 people) for daytime use or bad weather. - Thick and sturdy canvas side annex with walls for extra shelter and privacy. - Linen for the cabin is available upon request (extras selection $30.00) - cotton sheets, doona and bath towels. MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE? - A side-tent (Coast Kirra) with inflatable beds can be hired (extras selection 'roof top tent' $75.00 for entire trip) to sleep up to 2 extra people (or for extra storage and space). Inflatable bed options are: - 1 x single super comfortable self-inflatable (Wanderer Tourer Extreme 4x4 mattress). - an inflatable double bed. - an inflatable raised queen bed (Coleman). ENTERTAINMENT - TV/DVD, USB charging, bluetooth, CD and radio music system. - Stand-up paddle board and pump upon request (extras selection $30.00). COOKING/EATING - Fully equipped outdoor kitchen (kettle, coffee plunger, coffee, cups, cutlery and crockery, BBQ utensils, paper towels, tea towel, stove toaster, gas stove). - Outdoor table and fold-out chairs. - 35 litre fridge. - 80 litre water tank and pump. POWER AND LIGHTING - Can run on or off-grid (solar). - 15 amp plug, 240v power outlets in cabin and kitchen, USB charging ports , 100ah deep cycle battery for 12v off-grid power. - 15 amp to 10 amp adapter provided for plugging into 240v power. - 2 USB rechargeable lanterns. PETS - Your [canvas-friendly] pooch can sleep in the side tent or awning, or we can provide a separate doggie tent. Please advise if you require any additional items....we'll see what we can do! DIMENSIONS 4360L x 2095W x 2100H CLEANING We'd appreciate it if Minnie came back pre-cleaned, or opt for us to clean her for you (extras selection $30.00). Minnie is based in Roleystone (great for Albany, Perth Hills or southwest-bound trips).

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
