Hiring rules

• Please leave our brand new family caravan exactly how it was handed over to you, including bbq. Our van is much loved!
• A cleaning fee of $100.00 will apply if the van is handed over in a poor condition, an additional $200.00 will be charged if the toilet is not emptied and cleaned.
• Linen will be provided for an additional charge of $60.00 per booking. Pillows not included.
• This includes:
• Queen size fitted sheet and doona
• Triple bunk fitted sheets and doona
• Mattress protector for all beds
• Bath Towels (up to 5)
• Beach Towels (up to 5)
• Hiring rules
• The van is not to be moved or towed unless approved at time of booking.
• No pets inside the van.
• Number 1's in the toilet only. No number 2's.
• No smoking inside the van.
• Bikes, Eskys, Scooters, Surfboards are not to be put inside the van.
• Please ensure all oily cooking is done on Webber Q provided outside the van.

• Hirer must be 28 years of age or older.
