Hiring rules

• There will be additional fees incurred should you not follow the below requirements
• CLEANING:
• Additional charges if van is returned abnormally, toilet not cleaned and emptied, or pets have been detected (minimum charge penalty $250.00)
• Toilet waste disposal / cleaning charges apply, if not completed prior to returning the caravan (minimum charge penalty $150.00)
• Cleaning spray is provided to ensure all surfaces are clean
• PETS:
• No pets allowed inside, the van must be returned with no trace of pet due to allergies (minimum charge penalty $250.00)
• AWNING:
• The awning must be stored away in high winds and storms to prevent any damages
• OTHER:
• No smoking allowed inside
• Van must be returned in the same condition as hired
• Flexible pick up times (as agreed)
• Hirer must be 25 years or older
• No off road
• It is your responsibility to ensure your towing vehicle comply with maximum manufacture towing weights
• Our van is supplied with full clean water tanks and gas bottles
• The Beds have mattress protectors You will get Pillow cases, Bed Sheets, Doona's/Blankets & Towels. Please note: No Doona's/Blankets Supplied as standard..
• ✅We complete a in depth "How To" with the Van Pickup. Hook up, Setup, Awnings, Bedding and how the kitchen works. There can be a lot to take in however we are available on the phone and supply videos & Documentation for reference if needed.
• Any damage must be reported immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• restocking fee includes: gas bottle fill and water tank filled

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
