Hiring rules
- No smoking
- Use toilet for urine only unless otherwise agreed eg flood victims who are on a rural property with no toilet conveniences
- Use a matress protector always
- Refilling gas bottles is your responsibility but van will be delivered with gas bottles filled or partly filled to start you off.
- Hirer must be 35 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
