PLEASE READ ME! This should hopefully answer most of your questions. PICK UP *Please allow 1 hour for the initial handover. *Pick up and drop off between 6am and 6pm most days by appointment. We do recommend you arrive at your destination BEFORE it gets dark to set up your campsite. KITCHEN & DINING *Caravan comes fully equipped with plates, cutlery, cups, pots, pans and kettle. *Gas burner stove and grill, microwave, 12v 190L fridge/freezer and outdoor kitchen. *Gas/electric hot water. SLEEPING & COMFORT *Sleeps 5 with Double bed and 3 full length bunks (ALL beds have separate night lights, 12v fans and USB ports) *Linen package (comes with protector and bottom sheets) Optional Extra will include DB Quilt, 3 bunk sleeping bags and 5 pillows. CAMPING *Reverse cycle A/C. *Flatscreen TV with internal and external bracket mounts. *3000watt Redarc Inverter. *3.5kg Washing machine *Internal & External Sound System speakers. *Outside lighting. *Solar panels & 2 x 200ah Lithium Batteries. *Roll out awning. *Pull down entrance steps. *Outside floor covering. *2 x 8.5kg gas bottles. *3 x 95 litre water tanks. *Outdoor plug socket & TV point. *Outside hot and cold shower. *Extra UBS charging points points for all your tech needs. *Camp table and chairs. CLEANING *No need to worry about the exterior and underneath as we will take care of that. Van just needs to be returned neat and tidy inside. *Camping equipment such as fridge, gas cooker, outdoor kitchen, pot and pans need to be cleaned (if used). *Don't worry about the bedding/bottom sheets we will take care of this. *Toilet needs to be emptied and cleaned (if used) or you willincur a cleaning fee. We can help you find the nearest dump point if required. SAFETY *If an accident occurs, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they call roadside assist and then call us! *First Aid Kit. *Fire Extinguisher. BOOKING & RATES OFF PEAK - Minimum 3 days hire - $120.00 per day Contact us for LONG TERM DISCOUNTS PEAK - Minimum 3 days hire (school holidays, long weekends and events) from $200.00 per day DAMAGE *If damage happens you must report it immediately. Who, what, where, when will be required. Take plenty of photos. Even if it is minor this helps us get everything fixed or replaced for the next hire. *Thank you for your honesty. To prevent damage please pack away the awning before bad weather arises and ensure all windows and roof hatches aere closed. INSURANCE *Our caravan is comprehensively insured and may be permitted for some off-road use. This must be pre-approved in writing via Camplify Messages before the trip begins. *Please note - our policy DOES NOT cover accidental underbody damage caused by off road use. *The minimum age to tow our caravan is 25 years, with the standard liability. WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? *The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance. *Nationwide roadside assistance. *24-hour customer helpline *$300.000 emergency accommodation protection. *Third party management of bond and transaction fees. *The booking fee is not negotiable. WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? *The service fee includes use and general maintenance of caravan, electric brake system, towing mirrors, gas for the van, replacement of consumables and handover brief. *Also covers External clean of Caravan. *DOES NOT cover Internal Clean including equipment such as fridge, cooker, outdoor kitchen, pots and pans or the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. *If you do not want to clean internally including equipment, you can opt to pay the $100.00 additional extra. *If you do not want to empty the toilet before return, you can opt to pay the $200.00 additional extra. Alternatively, we are happy to assist with locations of dump points. *If you breach the cleanliness rules, you will be charged these extra fees from your bond. GENERAL *No loose items to be placed on the floor of the caravan, everything must be in a cupboard. *Ensure the extra items loaded in the caravan are distributed evenly. (If you are not sure where to pack things, please ask). *Sheets must be used on the beds - even when using a sleeping bag. (This is to keep the mattresses clean). *Please review Camplify's hiring terms and conditions prior to booking. OFF-GRID *Please monitor batteries when off-grid.
