Hiring rules

• SMOKING/VAPING is NOT permitted inside / near our caravan and will incur a detailing fee of $250.00.
• HIRER must be 28 years of age or older.
• PETS are not permitted.
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133
• they call the NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• CLEANING Return the van in clean condition both inside and out. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge of $250.00. Cleaning of the toilet includes emptying and rinsing the cassette and the cleaning of the cassette compartment, if this is not done before returning the caravan this will incur a cleaning fee of $250.00.
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• HIRE AGE must be 28 years of age or older.
• AWNING must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• NO festivals
• No eating / drinking inside on any beds.

  Karen & Tom made our first-time caravan experience an absolute pleasure. Karen explained all the prerequisites with great detail and ease of understanding. The communication before Pick up was on point, which made the Pick-up and drop-off a smooth process. We knew if we had any difficulties, they were on standby and only a call away. Highly recommended!!
