Flexible to change by appointment. - Drop off time is strictly no later than 5.00pm. Frequently asked questions? - Will everything work off grid? Everthing is set up to opertate off the battery which is continuously charged by the solar panels. The air conditioner and power points will not work without 240V power. However there is an inverter in the case an appliance needs to be used or to plug in a laptop. - Can I bring extra linen? Absolutely, linen is provided free of charge including one blanket, one pilllow per bed and tea towels. Please feel free to bring extra linen if desired. Please also bring your own bath towels, these are not provided. - Can I connect the hose to mains water? Yes you can, there is an option to connect a hose to the mains water which doesnt require the use of the water pump, or you can manually fill the tanks. - How long will the fridge take to get cold? The fridge will take approximately 2-3 hours to get cold. In most cases and where possible (affected by hirer pick up times) the fridge will be turned on hours prior to your delivery or pick up.

Hiring rules

• No smoking in or around the caravan
• No offroad use
• Emptying of toilet cassette is not included in the hire/service fee, if toilet is returned not
• cleaned, an additional fee of $100.00 will be charged
• Do not use bleach or other harsh chemicals to clean the toilet cassette
• If hiring the BBQ, this must be returned cleaned or will incur an additonal charge
• BBQ only to be used outside
• Caravan must be returned with all dishes washed and rubbish disposed of, broom,
• mop and basic cleaning items are provided. An excessivley dirty caravan returned will
• incur an additonal charge
• 2 day minimum hire (off peak), 4 day minimum (peak)
• Full detailed instructions will be provided on pick up for erecting the the awning, to
• avoid damage please follow these instructions

  The Stella has everything you would need to camp off the grid. I got the caravan delivered and Priscilla had already set up everything down to the outside tables and camping chairs, ready for us to move in and enjoy. Priscilla was excellent with communication, answering my queries right away. Everything in the caravan was clean and in great condition. Also plenty of storage with many cabinets throughout.
