Hiring rules
- Caravan rules
- 1. Absolutely no smoking inside the Caravan, or the annex, or there will be a fee for $300.00.
- 2. No pets, sorry.
- 3. You are to EMPTY the toilet yourself and clean it. and use the required amount of chemical for the toilet. Instructions on how to do so will be included in the manual.
- 4. Please make sure everything is secure when you are travelling to avoid breakages.
- 5. Please ensure all doors are locked when not using the Caravan.
- 6. Please leave the Caravan the way you found it i.e clean and tidy.
- 7. If there is any breakages or spillages please inform us immediately, so we can replace the broken or soiled items for the next booking. Costs for this will be deducted from your deposit.
- 8. Please DO NOT leave the hot water and heating on when leaving the caravan as it will drain the batteries.
- 9. Sorry NO slime, play doh,or goo or anything similar in the van as it gets everywhere!
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Megan & David 5.0This van had everything we needed plus more. Weve been caravanning for many, many years and have never stayed in a van with so much bench, wardrobe & storage space. It was fantastic and Jake was lovely and so helpful. I am already missing my daily cappuccino from the vans espresso machine. Thanks again Jake. We loved it.
