Hiring rules
- Upon placing your booking request, please liaise with me on your location of travel and how many people will be sleeping in the caravan. This will help ensure we have everything you need prior to holiday. School holidays may have a minim of 5 nights.
- We will deliver the van up to 200km radiuses of Newcastle. With a small delivery fee included. This will allow myself to personal set up and pack down the van along with a comprehensive briefing of the caravan components.
- The van does not come with linen and pillows, however mattress protectors are provided. Linen can be provided at additional cost.
- Please report any damages no matter how small or big, we ask that you keep the van in a clean condition with strictly NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed.
- Self cleaning materials are provided and are encourage to be used, however if the van is not in the state it was received additional cleaning fees will be applied.
- Hirer must be 26 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Donna 5.0Comfortable and clean van. Lots of great extras like table, chairs, drying rack, card games, basic condiments and even a small air fryer! Great communication and easy pick up and delivery. Josh set up the BBQ for us. Everything made for a wonderful holiday and I would highly recommend Josh and his Road Owl for anyones holiday.
