This 4 berth has an L shaped lounge which makes a double bed in the front seating area and a two seater dinette that can change into bunks. This caravan is only suitable for a powered site with access to water. Available for delivery only, no self-tow at this stage. Cost for drop off is $1.50 per km each way and a set up fee of $50.00 (minimum charge $75.00). For example, the fee for a destination 50kms away would cost $150.00 plus set up of $50.00 so total of $200.00. Please do not hire my caravans if you do not plan on treating them as if they are your own. It is expected that you return the caravan in the condition you have received it. You will be provided with cleaning instructions before the hire which will list the cleaning materials available. Delivery is calculated from Gaven, 1 minute off the Smith Street motorway or M1 northbound. Please allow between 60 minutes for the caravan to be set up and the handover completed. An inventory checklist will be completed before and after hireage. Any damages or missing items will be taken from the bond. Minimum hire is 7 days. Hiring rules

• ✅ Must be cleaned inside and out, and have toilet emptied before returning
• ✅ All damages occurred during the hire must be reported before or upon return
• ✅ Caravan must not be taken offroad and is strictly for sealed roads only
• ✅ Not suitable to be towed over uneven surfaces such as steep driveways or gulleys due to the low height of chassis
• ✅ Strictly no smoking inside

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
