Special towing information
IMPORTANT - This Caravan has 12 pin wiring configuration plus 2 x 15 Amp Anderson plugs, 1 (Red) for Caravan Anti Sway and 1 (Grey) for Battery charging/fridge. Please refer to the images for pictures of the 15 Amp Anderson plugs. I can supply an 7 pin round to 12 pin flat adapter and a single grey 50 Amp Anderson to Red Anderson adapter for a $50 cash bond if required. A portable Electronic Break controller can also be provided for an additional $25 per rental if required.

Additional beds could be set up in the Annex if required. The Annex can be provided upon request at no additional charge, this Annex is not stored within the Van and must be requested at the time of booking. PLEASE NOTE Additional cleaning charges will be applicable if the caravan is not returned clean throughout. In addition to the many standard features the Veteran is stocked with the following items: Cutlery, Plates, Cups, Pots etc - Upon Request 12v Smart TV with Streaming and Chromecast Kettle (240v) Toaster (240V) Baking tray Wash detergent Toilet paper Hand wash Spray and wipe Mattress topper and protector
Hiring rules
- Your tow vehicle must have working electronic break controller with 12 pin flat wiring harness and two Anderson plugs. Tow vehicle must also have a towing capacity of 3,500Kgs.
- Caravan rental is for travel on gazetted sealed roads use only, NO offroad use or unsealed road use is permitted without prior approval. An additional Offroad cleaning charge of $650.00 plus any damage charges will be applicable if the caravan is used off road or on an authorized unsealed road.
- NOTE this caravan is equipped with realtime Satellite Tracking technology.
- Travel to Gnaraloo is not permitted without additional "outback cleaning charges" being applied.
- The caravan must be returned clean and free of any damage. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if the vehicle is not returned clean throughout as it was delivered. This includes thorough cleaning and rinsing of the toilet and wastewater system.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
