Hiring rules

• Betty can be collected from Cowaramup. Alternatively, you choose, book and pay for a site within 100km's radius, and I will deliver and fully set up for your arrival. Simply arrive, relax, and enjoy.
• Strictly no smoking or candles/incense inside.
• We ask that all other cooking is done outside the van. A gas cooker can be provided free of charge if required. A weber BabyQ can also be hired for an additional charge if preferred.
• I'm open to pets on a case by case basis, please contact me to discuss further.
• Linen will include sheets, doonas and covers, blankets and pillows on all bedding and 4 x bath towels. Washing included.
• Please leave the van clean and tidy and remove all rubbish. Cleaning products are provided under the kitchen sink to wipe benches, clean dishes, sink and sweep the floor.
• Please note: Betty's awning will be setup subject to favourable weather conditions

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  The lovely little caravan was all set up and ready for us when we arrived. It had all the comforts we needed and more. Towels and bedding were provided too as was an outdoor table and chairs. Hayley was very helpful and communicated well

  Betty is a gorgeous caravan, sweetly decorated and well equipped with every conceivable item needed and made our stay very comfortable and memorable best of all the bed was great.

  Betty was all set up for us when we arrived late on a Friday night. I didnt have to do a thing. Bliss! The van was fully stocked and we didnt need to bring anything. Thanks to Hayley for being so helpful and easy to communicate with.

  Very comfortable sleeping 3, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Hayley was very nice too!
