Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Megan 4.8Van was comfortable for our family. Had everything we needed. Jason was easy to communicate with.
Kate 3.3Jason was good to deal with and was happy to deliver the van to the site for us nice and early in the day. The van was not clean to our standards. There was no toilet paper or dishwashing detergent left in the van and also no gas in the gas bottle which all would have been useful to know in advance. We still had a great holiday and the beds were comfortable. Thanks Jason
