Now, we want to share our home-away-from-home so you and your loved ones can make your own unforgettable memories. Yes – you might find a few scuff marks inside the cupboards… but they’re just souvenirs from incredible adventures across Australia. Rest assured, our van is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect trip. 🛏 Comfortably Sleeps 5 Queen bed and triple bunks – ideal for families, couples, or smaller groups. All beds include mattress protectors, pillows, and fitted sheets. Optional linen package for $100 includes: quilts, bedding sheets, shower towels, beach towels, and tea towels. ⏰ Check-In & Check-Out Info Check-In: Most caravan parks allow arrivals from 11:00am, and your caravan will be fully set up and ready for you by 12pm. We'll meet you onsite to welcome you, walk you through the setup, and give you a quick tour of your new home on wheels – making sure you feel confident and ready to enjoy your stay. Check-Out: Handover is at 9:00am on your departure day, allowing us enough time to pack down and have the van off-site by 10:00am. If you have any timing questions or special requests, feel free to reach out – we're happy to help where we can! Set up costs: • Caravan Delivery and setup UNDER 40km/ $100.00 per booking. • Caravan Delivery and setup 40-100km/ $200.00 per booking. • Caravan Delivery and setup 100km-200km/ $350.00 per booking. **Set up only at this stage, No self tow. ***If set up falls on a public holiday/ public holiday rate May apply.

Hiring rules

No smoking allowed inside
Please leave the caravan in the same condition as upon arrival. Cleaning products and toilet chemicals supplied. (Toilet must be emptied using approved dump point
Additional fees will be charged if not adhered to)
Bins to be emptied and rubbish removed.
Hirer must be 25yrs or over.
For pets to be considered, they must be outside the van.
Any damage to please be reported immediately to owner.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $155.00 per day
Service fee: $50.00
Delivery fee: $2.00 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Nicole and Grant were fantastic to deal with. The van was exactly as described and was perfect for our long weekend getaway in Airlie Beach. The van is also well stocked so we barely needed to take anything with us! Absolutely loved our time in this van!
