Additional information
HIRING RULES - We can not do morning pickups during weekdays therefore we can arrange with you to pick up the caravan late afternoon the evening before at no additional charge. If you have selected the reduced liability cover offered by Camplify, they may require the extra day payment. - Caravan to be returned by 4pm unless previously arranged. - Person requesting booking must be the primary driver and bring their drivers licence to the pickup. -- Secondary nominated drivers details to be supplied to Camplify, at least 30 days prior to pickup, unless impracticable, due to time frames. - Deposit to be paid within 48 hours of booking approval to secure booking unless prior arrangement made. - Caravan to be returned cleaned inside and out or a $99.00 cleaning fee will apply. - Hirer must clean and empty toilet cassette before returning the van, failure to do so will result in an additional $150.00 cleaning fee. - No off road permitted - No smoking in the van. - No Pets allowed.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
