*Linen is not provided unless you select that option and is $70.00. This includes sheets quilts, quilt covers and pillows for 2 x bunks 1 x queen bed and towels for how many quests. Tea towel, hand towel and one bathroom floor mat are supplied. *This includes delivery / pick-up and complete set-up and pack down of caravan. *Inside the caravan and all outdoor equipment must be cleaned and toilet emptied prior to scheduled pick up time. This means returning the caravan in the same condition as you found it. *If the van is returned in poor condition, a cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged. Kitchen: 180L Fridge / Freezer that operates on Gas or Electricity (240V) All cups, plates, bowls, cutlery, cooking equipment including a toaster and kettle (240V only) Dining: Reverse cycle air conditioning Indoor leather lounge / table combo Outdoor table and chairs (additional) Gas bottles are supplied for cooking Sleeping: 1 x Queen Bed (slightly shorter) 2 x Bunk Beds 3 x Sirocco Fans 4 x USB ports All bedding includes mattress protectors. The fee is a small contribution towards our costs of each hire including things like; kitchen consumables, bathroom consumables, gas, pre-handover clean and safety check. It Doesn't cover the cleaning of the Van, If you do not want to clean it - just select the option - Please clean the Van for me. OFF-GRID CAMPING The caravan is set up for off grid camping also, so if you're away from a caravan park without power and water this van can still accommodate you, although you need to understand the differences with power / water and solar. If you want to do some off grid camping, we can still come and set up the van for you, but please reach out so we can have a chat and discuss the differences. The van is very capable for off-grid accommodation, the biggest challenge for off-grid camping is water supply, you can last 4 days without topping up the tanks, although you need to be very water wise when showering, sometimes even not showering. Also, depending how many people you have the toilet fills up pretty quick and it needs to be emptied regularly. Off-grid Camping Features listed below: - 2 x 95 litre freshwater tanks (Drinking water & showers) - 1 x 65 litre grey water tank - 180 litre LPG gas fridge / freezer - 240 amp hour of battery - 480 watts of solar panels to keep the batteries charged - 12v water pump for pressurised water in the van - 12v power supply throughout van with multiple USB power sockets - 12v TV and Bluetooth stereo - 12v lighting - LPG gas hot water system with 20L tank - Hot / Cold shower -3000 W inverter to run things like laptop charges, toaster, rice cooker etc. - Toilet - Off-grid luxury package (Chainsaw, Fire Pit, Water Pump, Extra External Solar Blankets) Contact us for pricing on this package. Off-grid Camping limitations listed below: - Water does not last long if you are showering, unless you are smart about how you use it. - No air conditioning - No microwave - Sunshine is required to maintain charge in batteries although, the van does not consume much power at all as the fridge operates off LPG. Hiring rules

• Please treat our luxury van with respect as it was your own.
• We ask that the van is returned in the same condition as prehire, cleaning equipment will be provided.
• A cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged should vans interior be soiled.
• Our Van does not have an oven. Only grill and cook top.
• No smoking is permitted in the van or under the awning thank you.
• The toilet must be emptied & clean on return or an additional fee of $100.00 will be charged.

• Hirer must be 27 years of age or older.

  Tegan and Cameron's caravan exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend hiring it for a weekend away. Even with torrential rain, the van gave us every comfort we needed. Having a toilet & hot shower were great. And the two of them are so great to deal with, thanks again for all your help and great communication.

  Tegan and Camerons van is a beautiful holiday home on wheels. Its spacious and comfortable. Tegan was great to communicate with and we really appreciated the setup and handover. The whole experience was super easy, relaxed and enjoyable.
