- We consider pets. If so, linen will not be provided and an additional fee of $15.00 per day will apply

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Everything we needed was included and nothing was a hassle, even when my toddler turned off the main power switch to the toilet they came down and went over everything thoroughly again. Beds were very comfy with beautiful linen. Would 100% hire again.
