Hello everyone! If you have family or friends coming to visit the Northern Rivers over the summer holidays and need a spare room on your property this is a great affordable solution for you! Alternatively I know that many in our community struggle to find stable long term rentals and so if you are in need of a place to stay and can commit to a 2 month period renting my van on someone’s private property or in a caravan park I am open to negotiation so please send me a message! My caravan home is available for a 2 month rental period over December and January. It’s a recently refurbished 2006 Imperial Palace 18 ft van. My van features - A full sized comfortable double bed - 4 burner gas stove, grill and range hood - Electric kettle - Air frier - Sink and running water (just attach your hose) - Plug in to your house / shore power - Icy cold dometic air conditioning/heating unit - Super comfy L shaped couch - Pivot dining table - Lots of lighting options - Dometic 3 way fridge/freezer - Basic kitchen utensils - Fire extinguisher and smoke alarm both fitted This caravan is my full time home so I would like it to be loved and cared for and treated as if it was your own. Preference is for the van to be used as an extra bedroom. If you are interested please message me with any questions or to negotiate terms!
