Snowy Family Van – Inclusions Sleeping Arrangements: • Queen-sized Bed • Single Bunk Beds: Two single bunks (each 1.8m in length), with an 80 kg weight limit per bunk, making them ideal for kids or additional guests. • L-shaped Lounge: Enjoy extra seating and comfort with a spacious L-shaped lounge, perfect for relaxing and socializing after a day of adventure. • Linnen: All beds are fitted with bedding to include mattress protectors, sheets, blankets, and pillows. Tea towels and bath mat are also provided. Bathroom Features: • Full-size Ensuite with shower and a separate toilet, providing privacy and convenience for your family. Kitchen Features: • Gas Stovetop/grill, Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster & Kettle (both gas and electric) • Tea and Coffee • Pantry Items: Cooking oil, milk, salt, pepper, basic seasonings and a few little extras. • Cookware: Frying pan, Pot with steamer/strainer, microwavable bowel, cooking utensils • Cutlery, Plates, Bowls & Cups • Outdoor Butane Stove with Cooking Pan Entertainment: • Keep everyone entertained with a TV, sound system, and a selection of games for the whole family to enjoy during your downtime. Hiring rules

• • During use:
• Your Tow vehicle must have a minimum of 3000kg braked towing capacity (found in your owner's manual)
• This van is only permitted for sealed road usage, please no offroad/no beach usage/no extended gravel roads. Evidence of offroad use will result in the hirer paying for chassis and other associated damages.
• No pets allowed, please note an additional cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied.
• The van Awning must be put down if strong winds are predicted or occurring and tied down with supplied tiedown cords during ordinary use.
• A caravan hitch lock (supplied) must be used when the van is unhitched in an unsecured location. The van door, windows, hatches, and all external storage boots must be closed and locked when the van is not in use to avoid theft.
• Towing mirrors are included in the hire and must be used when towing alternatively you may supply your own.
• Our Snowy Family Van will require previous towing experience. You agree to have held and open drivers’ licence for a minimum of 5 years and have towed extensively throughout that time.
• The Snowy van must not be towed under restricted height spaces such as shopping centre car parks.
• The Snowy van is fitted with an electric brake system which will legally require your towing vehicle to be fitted with electric brakes.
• Please be aware of the Camplify inclusions and exclusions of coverage and report any sustained damages to Camplify and the Owner in a timely manner.
• • Return of Van:
• The toilet and toilet cassette MUST be emptied, rinsed, and restocked with the chemicals provided upon return of the van or a $250.00 fee will apply.
• The van must be returned clean and tidy, including all rubbish removed, fridge clean, surfaces wiped, and floors swept; failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
