"Getaway" is an older, practical caravan available for hire at an affordable price. Our service includes all setting up for your arrival and packing away after your stay. You simply let us know where you have booked your site and we'll do the rest. Start relaxing from the moment you arrive. If you prefer the tow yourself option, please let us know as this will effect the daily rate.

Additional information

All set up and ready to go. Please feel free to ask any questions. Holidays aren't always sunny and warm - so with this in mind we have removed the inside fixed table to allow for a more relaxed environment. There is a fold-up table provided.

Hiring rules

No Smoking or Vaping in or around the van.
We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know about any breakages as soon as possible. Most minor incidents are overlooked.
Cleaning products are provided.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $55.00 per day
Service fee: $45.00
Delivery fee: $1.75 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

This van suited my needs and budget. Tom was friendly, helpful and responded promptly to messages. He delivered and picked up the van on time. I was especially grateful, that he could deliver and set up the van at a minimal cost during these challenging financial times. He was very considerate as he supplied some grocery items (such as long life milk and coffee !) in case I could not get to a shop on set up day. He politely did ask if there was anything he could do to improve the van. The only very minor improvement I would have liked personally, was a bigger space under the beds for bigger bags or a suitcase ..... However this will not deter me from hiring his van again :)

Best holiday of my life. The 3 year old boy thought it was a big cubby house . We went to the beach every day then when it rained we hid inside the van. Everything was supplied Tom was so helpful. We did not want our holiday to end. Great value for money inexpensive holiday. Hope to do it again !
