Hiring rules
- Smoking No smoking permitted inside The Sunchaser. If having an outdoor fire please ensure the windows and doors are closed.
- Offroad No offroad driving please.
- Cleaning Van must be generally clean prior to return.
- Bunks There is a 100kg weight limit for the top bunk. Children under 7 years are not permitted on the top bunk.
- Diesel Van must be returned with a full tank of diesel.
- Damage Please report any damages immediately, as with any case of road accident please ensure all necessary details have been noted.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
