- No smoking inside vehicle.
- Vehicle must be left in a clean condition, as it is found, or cleaning fees apply.
- Cooking gas bottle must be refilled or additional gas fee applies.
- Fuel tank (diesel) must be filled prior to returning, or additional fuel fee applies.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
