Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Eleanor 4.8"Joy" was, as the name suggests, a pleasure to drive. All the mod cons made it a very comfortable ride. We only had the van set up to sleep 2, and had plenty of room. Whilst we didn't need to use the cooking equipment, it seemed well stocked. The fridge kept things nice and cold on the road (worth noting you can only use the fridge whilst driving). All in all we had a great trip in joy, and Lisa was a pleasure to deal with.
Kier 5.0We had the most amazing holiday in Lisa's van! it was so well equipped with everything we needed and communication was top notch. Our five year olds thought it was the best thing ever and only want to do van holidays now. thank you so much
