Hiring rules

• 1. STRICTLY No Smoking inside the van
• 2. No offroad / Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before trip.
• 3. 200k per day distance allowance included in the hire / averaged over the trip. E.g 3 days = 600ks and the 600ks can be driving over any time period in the trip. Longer hires we allow more k's. Additional Ks are charged at 40c per K. If you extend your hire, a different plan may be coordinated directly!
• 4. If any offroad use without approval in Camplify messages then an additional offroad cleaning fee of $300.00 will be applied to clean the undercarriage of the van.
• 5. Road tolls must be paid within 7 days of hire
• 6. If you receive a fine during your hire and we are notified after your hire is completed, you must take full responsibility to pay for the fine / infringement notice as soon as possible as we will not be held accountable for paying the hirers fines, period.
• 7. The hirer must clean the van before the van is returned or the hirer will be charged a $100.00 cleaning fee. Failure to empty the toilet waste chute upon return will incur a $200.00 fee.
• 8. If the hirer does not return the van by the time arranged, past 6pm on the day of organised return, the hirer will be automatically charged another day and this charge will continue until the van is returned unless of unforeseen circumstances (break down).
• 9. Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
