Had a fantastic trip in the wandering Van. I highly recommend anyone wanting to go on a trip to take this van. Has everything you need and want. Weather you are wanting to kick back an relax and watch a movie or weather you want to unplug and head out for a nice feed. Well set out van.

Simon the owner was thoughtful, flexible and kind as we exchanged messages to organise hiring The Wandering Van. Orientation on pick up was just at the level I needed. I drove away confident I would be able to make the best of the amenities the van had to offer.
Driving The Wandering Van was easier than I expected. As a solo traveller I felt competent and secure in isolated and new territory especially at night. I slept like a log in a comfortable bed with a great pillow and adjustable ventilation to suit my preferences. The indoor solar power monitor indicated the battery was 98% when I left and two cloudy days later it was 50%. The Weber Q was a revelation when I cooked a roast and a pizza with great success even though it was raining a bit at the time. Next time I contact Simon I will be negotiating a week away in The Wandering Van.

The Wandering Van is ideal for a couple to go on a camping trip. It has everything you need: built-in gas cooktop - which is way better for cooking comparing the electric stoves at the caravan parks; tap and sink with 50 litres water tank is also convenient for the journey. Seat benches can be easily convert into a double bed which is big enough for 2 people and is very comfy as well. Not to mention TV, Gas BBQ and other utilities. The Wandering Van has solar panel installed in on top of the van, it has no problem supplying power especially in Summer even though you can’t find any power source to recharge, it could still keep the electronics going for a long time. Highly recommend The Wandering Van for anyone new to Caravan camping, veterans are also welcome for having a nice and easy drive without too much of setup. One last thing, Simon the owner is very nice and friendly.

We had a wonderful time in The Wandering Van of Simon. The Van had all the needs we wanted, a good kitchen, a barbie and a good bed. The overview during riding is very comfortable. Even if we had no power on the campsite, the batteries had more than enough power also because of the solar panel. The communications before and after with the owner were very good, we had some little improvements suggested about more curtains and one another outside chair. We hoped that he actions our suggestions.
