Hiring rules • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older. • Destination of travel to be advised upon booking. • No smoking. • No pets. • No festivals. • No off road. • No unsealed roads unless approved in writing. • Awning must be put in when bad weather arises (strong winds and rain) • Shoes to be removed inside of van. • Microwave to be cleaned after use. • Keep cooking to a minimum inside- make use of BBQ and outdoor kitchen set up. • No camp fires around van. DAMAGE / ACCIDENTS • Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required. • Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me! DEPOSIT • Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise it will be subject to cancellation. DELIVERY & SET-UP OPTIONS • A delivery and collection and set up service is available for this van for bookings of 5 days or more to locations within 400km of Scoresby (3179)- additional costs apply ($2.00 per km). PEAK PERIODS & MINIMUM STAYS • $160.00 per day for Peak Periods, including Summer VIC School Holidays, Public Holidays and long weekends. • $140.00 per day for Off Peak Periods, covering all other dates. • Minimum of 5 days over Christmas/January Holidays • Minimum of 4 days on all other VIC School Holidays • Minimum of 3 days on Public Holidays and long weekends • Minimum of 3 days on Off Peak days • Discounts apply for long term bookings over 21 days SECURITY BOND • A security bond is held on hiring in the case of any damages, missing items or if the cleaning requirements are not met on inspection of the van - any costs will be deducted from the bond. If the van is returned in the same condition as hired your bond will be promptly returned to you within 2 business days. CLEANING REQUIREMENTS • Treat our van like it is your own. • Van must be returned in the same clean condition as it was received. • Suitable cleaning products will be supplied. • EXCEPTION: agree to have a cleaning fee of $200.00 deducted from the bond (an extra $100.00 if toilet cassette is not emptied and cleaned).
