  • 1. LONG BOOKINGS 10% discount for bookings of 7+ days; 20% discount for 30+ days (applied after booking is received)
  • 2. RETURN BOOKINGS 10% discount for repeat hirersPick up with full tank of fuel and return with a full tank of fuel.
  • Hirer must pay tolls, and is liable for any fines.
  • 200km travel per day. additional $0.75/km
  • 25 years or older
  • Van should be returned with all utensils, plates etc clean, sheets stripped and the rest of the van in a reasonably clean state (internal). Cleaning products supplied
  • no off road
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • NO smoking
  • NO cooking inside the van (please use the pull out kitchen)
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
