Hiring rules
- Hirer MUST empty toilet in park RV dump point before returning otherwise additional cleaning fees will apply. Toilet chemicals will be provided.
- No Smoking in the van or under awning outside the van.
- Small and Medium sized pets considered.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
- Return the caravan clean inside and out we will always ensure that the caravan is 100% clean inside and out prior to her hire.
- Hirer must clean BBQ, microwave, cooktops and fridge/freezer prior to return. $50.00 deduction from bond if this is not done.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
