Hiring rules
- General Use
- • No smoking inside the van at any time.
- • Offroad driving is strictly prohibited. The van is designed for sealed roads and light gravel access only.
- • Festival use: If the van is taken to a festival, it must be cleaned inside and out following the welcome instructions. Failure to do so will incur a $110.00/hour cleaning fee.
- • Tolls: Any tolls incurred during your trip will be charged at the end of the booking.
- • Fridge & battery: Please note that issues with the fridge or battery are not refundable.
- Pickup & Dropoff
- • Pickup and dropoff times are flexible if possible please confirm your preferred times in advance.
- • Hires must be extended if continuing into the next calendar day.
- • The van must be returned to the same location it was collected from. Retrieval fees apply at $110.00/hour plus towing costs if not returned correctly.
- Fuel & Cleanliness
- • The van must be returned with a full tank of fuel.
- • All cleaning fees must be paid as accepted on booking.
- • A $50.00 refuelling fee plus fuel cost will apply if the vehicle is not returned full.
- Kilometre Allowance
- • 200 km per day allowance applies, calculated over the total length of the trip.
- • Example: A 5day booking allows 1,000 km total.
- • Extra kilometres are charged at $0.50 per km.
- Driver Requirements
- • The primary renter and all additional drivers must present a valid, unrestricted driver’s licence at pickup.
- • NonEnglish licences must be accompanied by an accredited English translation or International Driving Permit, plus a valid passport.
- • Drivers who do not meet these requirements are not covered by insurance.
- • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
- Vehicle Technology & Roadside Assistance
- • In the event of a breakdown, flat tyre, or mechanical issue, please call Camplify Roadside Assistance.
- • Do not attempt to fix the vehicle yourself—selfrepairs are not covered by insurance.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Lurleen 5.0Mel was great and very concerned that I should have a wonderful holiday, and it was in every way. Savannah was easy to drive, I even had reversing down pat. Slept soundly every night in a very comfortable bed. Mature solo lady on my first adventure, Savannah and I had a wonderful time together.
