Easy handover and good communication

We have all just had the most BEST last 2 nights 3 days in this beautifully appointed van and already cant wait to book again. Jaclynn has the van set up perfectly and so comfy for families and kiddies and went way over and above our expectations with service. She has been nothing short of brilliant on every level from initial booking to communication to delivery/set to pack down/pick up, nothing was too hard and she was so graciously accommodating.
