Alan was great to deal with from the start. He even met us before the day of our pick up so we could see if we needed any other amenities and equipment to make our trip better. On pick up day he showed my husband everything about the caravan. He provided electric break controller and mirror extensions. The caravan was very well equiped with all we could need for a family. We loved the way the middle of the 2 single beds convened to a single bed... making a big king size bed! All the bedding provided was of good quality and very clean. Alan was very accommodating about returning the caravan making the end of our trip as relaxed as the actual holiday. Thank you Alan for trusting us with your caravan, we loved it!!
